Don't use, take your deposit and then change their quote, won't refund. Listen to the one star reviews I believe other are bogus. We had a bad experience lost our deposit but probably saved our classic car from harm.

It took 3 delivery attempts because they rely on an automated system to schedule/assign installers instead of talking to humans, and both of the installers they assigned for the installation of the appliance were extremely rude. Avoid these guys- they hire crooks for installers!
I was ripped off by one of these guys - who was referred to me by Lowe's.
Guy sold me a part that I had already paid for and he charged me $40 for a part that was part of my order.
The company did nothing when I complained.
