Absolutely a fraud!!! Sent us a contract for $800 and then the night before pick-up tried to raise the price by $500!!! We called BBB in TN and they said they are not affiliated with them at all. They are really a fraud!! Do not use.

Not only is the company false advertising (they told us they would block up my vehicle 24 hours); but, the agent did not get it arranged for three more days. They did not give me proper info on how payment was arranged and made it seem like it was handled through them. They didn't answer their phone...

Don't use this company. Once they had the first half of the payment never heard from them again and had to go pick up my car myself.

I shipped with them earlier this year and the shipment was delayed a week, so I lost a lot of money on hotels waiting in San Diego for a week.

Not responsive, said my car would be picked up the next day for four days in a row. Never ended up happening and switched brokers.

Be Warned: They don't honor pick up dates (2 weeks late), horrible communication if at all, and then they use your car as their own personal car. My vehicle was picked up on on November 28th at 7:20pm. On this date the broker who we were speaking to was Melissa Dossett told us to have the vehicle ready by 3pm that it would be picked up. 3pm came around and we heard nothing for anyone and were trying to contact the company....

These people never stopped calling me and did not give an option for getting off of their list. When I finally pressed "1" to talk to a rep and politely asked to be taken off the list because the car I needed to ship fell through, the guy hung up on me halfway through my sentence.
