I would not use them again. Price changed though they did finally refund it after complaining several times.

Great customer service, answered all my questions about the transport process. My car was picked up and delivered at the time frame promised. Their rate was competitive (after calling a couple of competitors). Will use/recommend them for anyone needing to ship their cars cross country.

YES!!! Definitely pick this service!!! I'm soooo freaking glad I did! car was delivered, time varied because of traffic, but the truck driver kept me updated at EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!! My car safely arrived from Washington to Las Vegas. I would say use closed container next time as there were some scratches but I don't know as the shipper marked several scratches before the shipping. Overall it's a good deal.
