Contracted with them on a Tuesday, called to get update on Wed. no answer, no return call. Texted, emailed and called again. No answer no return call. Have paid over $500 in storage fees becasue they never picked up the car. They wouldn't even answer the phone. Avoid at all cost.

I dealt with Beth at Dealers Choice. My car was picked on time and delivered on time. Who could ask for more? Highly recommend Beth and Dealers Choice.

They jumped my car backwards and caused serious electrical damage to my car. I put a running driving car on their trailer and they delivered a car that was not running or driving. Roy takes no responsibility and told me he would be blocking my number.

Quoted me in under a minute... didnt ask me my name, personal info etc which I hate when people do that. They asked me all they needed to know, gave me a fast quote and i enjoyed speaking to them. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. They fail to communicate with the client and driver effectively.
