After the general manager Alex spoke with me he was very helpful and the customer service from him was good he addressed the issues and is making it right I would use this company again because of the great customer service Alex performed on our phone call.

Gave them a 3 day pickup window from Massachusetts to Florida. They picked up first day.
They inspect with photos before pickup and at delivery!

Vehicles arrived in good time with no damage. I don't agree with the way the shipping brokers work. They agree to a price and then raise it. I guess it is how it works, but I don't agree with it. You agree to a price stick to it, period, a deal is a deal. Daniel was the broker.
