This was my first experience with an auto transport company. Roadrunner did a good job coordinating the move of my daughter's car from LA to Charlotte. Good communication and the car was picked up and delivered as promised!

Not so bad for a broker prompt service prompt pick up decent response time I guess it's worth it to pay a little more for better customer service.
